Privacy Policy

Bloomy is a calm place for your links. Here is, in short, what it does with your data. Last updated Oct 22, 2026.

  • What we keep

Your email address, a hashed password, and what you save: bookmarks, folders, profiles and their dates.

  • The waitlist

If you join it, we keep your email address and the date. We email you once to confirm the address, then only to tell you when your invite is ready. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and by a per-network attempt counter that stores no readable address. Ask us to remove your email at any time.

  • Visit statistics

We count visits with Umami, hosted by us. It sets no cookie, keeps no profile of you and honours Do Not Track. It records the page path (never the query string or the part after #), the referrer, the browser, the country and the screen size. In the app it only counts page views: never the content of your bookmarks, their addresses or their titles.

  • Link previews

To show a title, an icon and an image, the address of each saved page is sent to our metadata service, which fetches the page like a browser tab would.

  • The Chrome extension

It reads your Chrome bookmarks to keep them in step with the app, and stores a sign-in token in your browser. It sends nothing else.

  • Sharing

We don’t sell your data, show ads or use third-party trackers. Only the services that run the app, such as hosting and storage, handle it.

  • Deleting

Delete your account from Settings and everything you saved is erased with it.
